Single Premium Immediate Annuity

A Single Premium Immediate Annuity provides an income benefit almost instantly.  With one single payment you establish your annuity account and become a member of our fraternal family.

Interest Rate

The interest rate at the time your account is established is a fixed rate and is guaranteed throughout the entire term of your annuity.

Settlement Options

• Life Only - Your income benefit is guaranteed for as long as you live.  When you die, no benefits are available to your beneficiaries.

• Specified Period - You have the option of selecting a period of time starting at five years up to thrity years to receive your income benefit.  This time period is known as your "Distribution Period".  When you reach the end of your "Distribution Period", you no longer will receive any income payments.  Should you die before the end of your "Distribution Period", your designated beneficiaries will receive your income payments for the remainder of your "Distribution Period".

• Period and Life Certain -  You can select a period of time to receive your income payments.  The period of time you select is known as your "Guaranteed Distribution Period".  If you should die before the end of your selected period of time, your designated beneficiaries would receive the same payments till the end of your "Guaranteed Distribution Period".  If you live beyond the period that you selected, you will continue to receive the same income payments until you die.  If you die, after you have lived beyond your "Guaranteed Distribution Period" and then die, your designated beneficiaries will not receive any additional payments.

• Payments For Life, Joint and Survivor -  You can have your income payments paid to your designated beneficiaries. Payments are for joint surviving beneficiaries at percentages determined by you.
