Job Responsibilities:
In charge of calculating and processing required minimum
distributions for our IRA holders. Process and distribute
5498 tax forms, which show IRA year-end balances and
contributions made. Also prepare 1099 tax forms and IRS
tapes for taxable transactions made for the year. Process
dividend checks and annual dividend notices for policy
holders. Process internal transfers of annuities from one
plan type to another, including spousal rollovers. Oversee
policy management and file maintenance. Maintain the
Presidential Preferred $100,000 Club. Run
detailed computer queries for management on the computer system
to generate informational data. Assist in daily accounting
functions.
